Restorative Practices
Restorative practices create spaces where harm can be acknowledged, relationships can be repaired, and accountability can lead to healing. We support approaches centered on dignity, dialogue, equity, and meaningful restoration.
Compassion is not passive. It asks us to respond to conflict and harm in ways that restore people, repair relationships, and strengthen the larger community.
Our Restorative Practices pillar promotes circles, facilitated dialogue, diversion, and other approaches that bring people together to listen, take responsibility, understand impact, and determine what is needed to move forward. These practices can transform schools, workplaces, neighborhoods, and justice systems by pairing accountability with healing and reintegration.
Compassionate Las Vegas works alongside partners such as Restorative Nevada to support a more equitable culture—one in which every person is treated with dignity and communities have better tools for addressing conflict constructively.
